Shipping policy

WJ Supply ships orders to Puerto Rico and other locations where shipping is available at checkout.

Orders are processed after payment is successfully received. Some products may first be received by WJ Supply before being prepared and shipped to the customer. This additional handling time is included in the estimated processing and delivery times shown at checkout.

Shipping costs and available shipping options are calculated and displayed at checkout before the order is completed.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, processing time and the shipping carrier.

Once the order is ready to ship, the customer will receive tracking information when available.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate. WJ Supply is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

Delivery times shown at checkout (e.g., 2 business days) are carrier estimates and begin once WJ Supply has received and dispatched your order, not from the date of purchase.
